With just under 2 weeks before Maisie Peters takes to the stage at Radio City Music Hall, the English singer-songwriter stopped by the famous venue and posted a gentle reminder to fans on her social media accounts that tickets were now in short supply; and expressing her feelings ‘I would love love love to see as many of you there as physically humanly possible’, adding; ‘If you are worried about having to sit down don’t worry!! I’m sure we shall all be standing of course!!!! Witches don’t sit duh!!!’. The concert is set for Friday 11th August and starts at 8pm. Peters finished her post by saying ‘So please east coasters go get your tickets. I want that room to be the loudest it’s ever been’.

Peters, who in 2021 signed with Ed Sheeran's Gingerbread Man Records label released her debut album “You Signed Up for This” on 27th August 2021. The album debuted at No.1 on the UK Albums Chart and was the top selling album in UK independent record stores for that week. With the first two singles of the record, “John Hughes Movie” and “Psycho”, Peters achieved her first entries on the UK Singles Chart. Peters embarked on her first headlining tour in 2022, touring the United States. While touring, she released singles “Cate’s Brother”, “Blonde”, “Good Enough” and “Not Another Rockstar”.

On 27th January 2023, Peters released “Body Better”, the lead single from her second album, calling it one of her ‘most honest songs ever’. Following this, on 15th February 2023, Peters announced the release of her second album, “The Good Witch”, alongside its track list, which was released on 23rd June 2023, describing it as her own ‘twisted version of a breakup album’. With this album, Peters became the youngest solo British female artist in almost a decade to chart No.1 on the UK Charts, after Ella Henderson in 2014.
