After a summer of updates to On the Set of New York, the popular film location website has decided to switch to a new web hosting company called Fasthosts.

Fasthosts is based in the United Kingdom and offer web hosting with free domain name, free migration and SSL certificate which will ultimately keep costs down after years of high costs from an alternative supplier. Fasthosts operates their own environment-friendly data centers which host more than a million domain names.

The move will also see a spin-off website, otsony.com launch later this year, which will have a new layout and new key features. There is not expected to be any downtime and updates to current films will continue as they have done throughout the summer months.
