Last Updated: April 2012

A serial killer is back in Pittsburgh to torment the former homicide detective who was on his trail years before. Tom Hardy (Bruce Willis), who has been relegated to water-way duty, along with new partner Jo Christman, navigate the three rivers looking for clues and discovering bodies. This time the victims are women Tom knows, he must find the killer to prove his innocence.

otsoNY Comments: New York's County Court on Centre Street is shown as the building that Bruce Willis' character hobbles into, but in fact if you look closely, there are cars parked outside the doorway and that would make it impossible for it to be the famous court house which has featured in so many films such as Wall Street, It Could Happen to You, What Happens in Vegas, Shaft, Carlito's Way, The Accidental Husband and The Bounty Hunter. The interior shots are actually from the Allegheny County Courthouse in Pittsburgh.

Allegheny County Courthouse, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
