Veteran filmmaker Woody Allen has returned to New York City to shoot his latest project starring a host of famous names.

The film, which has yet to be given a title is currently in production with Allen staying firmly behind the camera. In August, Timothée Chalamet, Selena Gomez, and Elle Fanning joined the cast with Letty Aronson producing and Amazon Studios as distribution In the following month, British actor Jude Law joined the cast along with Diego Luna, Liev Schreiber, Annaleigh Ashford, Rebecca Hall, Cherry Jones, Will Rogers, and Kelly Rohrbach.

Though principally known for her music, Selena Gomez has appeared in several films, notably in Getaway alongside Ethan Hawke and Spring Breakers with Vanessa Hudgens, this is expected to be her most challenging role to date.

Film locations have included 60th to 63rd Street and Lexington Avenue as well as East 52nd Street and Park Avenue. The film is expected to be released in early 2018.
