Last year, otsoNY ran a seven-day news report to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the film, Desperately Seeking Susan starring Rosanna Arquette and Madonna. It was the film that shot Madonna into the mainstream and had every girl in the world wanting to look like her, dress like her and sing like her. Rare footage from the set of Desperately Seeking Susan in 1985 has recently come to light which shows the self-confident and optimist Madonna running through several of the scenes from the film as well as an interview with the director, Susan Seidelman.
